Join us for The newest in our Whiskey Tasting Series, Cask Influence: A Journey Through Oak will be hosted at our Everett location in our private banquet room on Wednesday, June 4th 6-7pm.
This theme focuses on how different cask types—bourbon, sherry, wine, and stout—shape the final flavor of Irish whiskey. It’s a perfect way to learn about the impact of wood finishing and aging, while showcasing a variety of flavor profiles.
Tickets will be limited to the first 50 guests. Hosted by in house whiskey enthusiast, Jim Stephanson. Guests will enjoy four, .75 oz pours of Premium Irish Whiskey, tasting notes, discussion and appetizer pairings.
Jim will share the rich history of Irish Whiskey and the highlights of the 4 selected pours. We will be featuring this outstanding lineup,
