Description
Join us for the next installment of our Whiskey Tasting Series — 400 Years of Flavor: The Bushmills Heritage Tasting — hosted at our Everett location in the private banquet room on Wednesday, November 19th at 6pm.
This event celebrates over four centuries of whiskey-making tradition from The Old Bushmills Distillery, the world’s oldest licensed whiskey distillery. Through a guided tasting, you’ll explore how time, craftsmanship, and cask influence shape the distinct character of each Bushmills expression. Discover the artistry behind bourbon, sherry, and port cask maturation — and how these barrels create the complex layers of flavor that define Bushmills’ legacy.
Hosted by our in-house whiskey enthusiast, Jim Stephanson, guests will enjoy four .75 oz pours of premium Bushmills whiskeys, accompanied by tasting notes, discussion, and light appetizer pairings. Jim will share stories of Bushmills’ Irish heritage, the evolution of their single malt tradition, and how centuries of expertise have perfected the balance between wood and spirit. The team from Bushmills will also be in attendance to chat and talk about fun things Bushmills is doing today with their whiskeys.
We’re proud to feature this remarkable lineup:
Bushmills Original Prohibition Cask – The classic triple-distilled blend that started it all.
Bushmills 10 Year Single Malt – Matured in bourbon and sherry casks for notes of honey, vanilla, and ripe fruit.
Bushmills 12 Year Single Malt – Aged in Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, offering rich warmth and spice.
Bushmills 16 Year Single Malt – Finished in port casks, delivering layers of dark fruit, chocolate, and nutty depth.
Tickets are $45 per person, and seating will be limited to the first 50 guests. You must be 21 or older to attend.
Celebrate 400 years of Irish whiskey heritage with an evening of flavor, history, and good company — a perfect night for whiskey lovers!
